She was predeceased by: her parents, Irvon L. Corwin and Helen L. Dieteman Corwin; her former husband Delvin Phelps Sr.; her sons, Delvin Phelps Jr. and Thomas Phelps Sr.; her brothers, Paul Corwin and Robert Corwin Sr.; her nephew Robert Corwin Jr.; and her sister-in-law Anita Corwin.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Commons Jr. (Lawrence) of Portville and David Zenner (Deanna) of Shinglehouse, PA; her grandchildren, Lawrence Commons III (Kay) of Olean, Thomas Phelps, Jr. (Ashlee Theodore) of Ormond Beach, FL, Kimberly Dougherty Commons (Kevin) of Rochester, Jared Zenner (Anna Mascioni) of Ceres and Ciera Zenner of Shinglehouse, PA; her brother Irvon (Bud); and her sister-in-law Paulee Corwin of Lady Lake, FL. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
