He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Villar and Pauline Villar (Serianni). He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann T. Panfili-Villar; his siblings, Anthony Villar of Niagara Falls, Maryanne Villar of Niagara Falls, Michael Villar of Kenmore, David Villar (Sally) of North Tonawanda and Paula Villar; and his pets, Bimbi Joy, Tia Rose, Princi-Anabella and Popsicle. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews.
