He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Hoffman and Rhea Thorn Hoffman; his daughter Lynn M. Witter; and his siblings, Albert Hoffman, William Hoffman, John Hoffman, Virginia Hegedus, Eleanor Kolasinski, Alberta Keefe, Rhea Scicchitano, Wilma Kennedy and Dorothy Kincaid.
He is survived by: his wife Sylvia M. Peasley; his children, Robert Hoffman (Gina Coletti) of Olean and Lori Hoffman of Orchard Park; his grandchildren, Jessica Shaffer, Michael Grimes (Lisa), Cara Grimes-Reagan (Jamie), Bradley Witter, Kaytie Bennett (John), Kyle Hoffman (Shauna) and Nolan Hoffman (Beth Buzzendore); his great grandchildren, Luke, Turner, Claire, Johnathon and Brady; and his siblings, Beverly Barton (Walter) of Zephyr Hills, FL and Richard Hoffman of Pompano Beach. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
