Middaugh of Olean; his stepgrandchildren, Bryant, Brett, Ricky Jr., Kristy, Nicole, Michelle, Kyle, James, Bobby, Jennifer, Andy, Brian, Brandon, Monte, Cristin and Valerio; and his great grandchildren, Thomas and Makaya.
