We are sad to announce that on March 24, 2021, at the age of 56, James F. Skinner Sr. of Olean, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Roger T. Skinner and Dian M. Gross Skinner of Olean; his wife Sherry Bastow; his children, James F. Skinner, Jr. of Olean, Frederick J. Skinner (Katie) of Olean and Sonyea J. Skinner of Bliss; his grandchildren, Marcus W. Skinner, Maddison L. Skinner, Maxwell D. Skinner and Bella G. Skinner; and his siblings, Christopher Skinner of Oswego, Joey Skinner of Allegany and Elisa Painter (Tom) of Portville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
