He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward D. Finch and Lillian D. Outman Finch; his spouse Jaqcuelin H. Cummins; and his siblings, Richard Finch, Donald Finch and Carol Herrington.
He is survived by: his children, Timothy L. "Tim" Finch of Ceres, Christina L. Bloise (James) of Olean and Wendi F. Tyler of Richmond, VA; and his grandchildren, Amber, Brandi, Derek Finch, James "Bubbs", Mariah Bloise, Taylor and Eddie Tyler. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
