He was predeceased by: his father Joseph R. Wesley Sr.; his in-laws, Guy and Vivian Papasergi; and his brothers-in-law, David Margeson and George Conkey.
He is survived by: his mother Anita Wenzel Wesley Sr. On; his wife Lorrie J. Papasergi; his children, Nick Wesley of Allegany and Brianna N. Brink (Daryl) of Frewsburg; his granddaughters, Mattie and Olive Brink; his siblings, Tina Lipowski of Buffalo, Patsy Wesley (Chris Maine) of Allegany, Joseph Wesley of Victor and Peter Wesley of Olean; his sisters-in-law, Teresa Margeson of Allegany, Joan Conkey of Allegany and Tricia Lindberg (Toby) of Allegany; and his pet Ozzy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
