He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Talbot and Grace Talbot; his granddaughter Ruth "Elaine" Groves; and his daughter Elaine Talbot Murphy. He is survived by: his sons, Henry Talbot Jr. of Salamanca, NY, Wade Talbot (Bethann) of Palm Bay, FL and Howard Talbot (Dora) of Salamanca, NY; and his nephews, Charles Talbot and Joel Talbot. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; a great-grandchild.
