It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen M. Monroe (Olean, New York), born in Allegany, New York, who passed away on February 20, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred H. Lemon and Bertha D. Warrior Lemon; her husband Thomas M. Monroe; and her siblings, Winifred Stier, Calvin Lemon, Lucille Neporadny, Frank Lemon and Robert Lemon.
She is survived by: her sons, Thomas Monroe of Allegany and Timothy Monroe (Theresa) of Bradford, PA; her grandchildren, Gosheneh Kennedy, Mariah Monroe, Thomas Monroe, Deanna Monroe, Ashley Broadwell (Lance), Sarah Crawley (Chris) and Timothy Monroe; her brother Ronald Lemon of Allegany; her brother-in-law Charles Monroe (Judy Ebbert); and her niece Christina Stier Hackett. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
