Ballack; his children, Ian McGavisk (Page) of Glyndon, MD and Kathleen Maduri (Frank) of Olean; his grandchildren, Emily, Olivia and Betsy of Burlington, VT; and his brother Vincent McGavisk (Mary Ann) of Dansville.
