He was predeceased by: his parents, Halley E. Siago and Marie E. Pitts Siago; and his siblings, Carol M. Siago, Phillip L. Siago and Rene Y. Wildfire.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Colleen Clemons of Olean; his stepchildren, Jason R. Clemons of Olean, Selena D. Kelemen (Thomas) of South Carolina and Robbyn W. Clemons of Phoenix; his sister Michelle L. Hund of Allegany; and his uncle Milton R. Pitts of Olean. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, aunts and uncles.
