He was predeceased by: his parents, James Frisk and Vivian S. Frisk (Clayson); and his daughter Deborah. He is survived by: his wife Ethel V. Cassady; his daughters, Brenda Schmidt (Kurt) of Hammondsport and Kathleen Moran (Dan) of Nunda; and his grandchildren, Amanda Jadwin, Christopher Schmidt, Jessica Schmidt-Monin (Brandon), Matthew Moran (Miranda), Kevin Moran (Faith) and Megan Colegrove (Tyler).
