He was predeceased by: his siblings, Evelyn Fortner, Lyle Fortner, Ameta and Betty. He is survived by: his parents, Archie C. Fortner and Nellie Hawkins Fortner; his wife Helen W. Wilber; his daughters, Sue F. Keim (John) of Allegany and Cheryl J. Hopkins of Rochester; his grandchildren, Ryan Hopkins (Nicole), Tara Hopkins, Alicia Kelley (Geoff), Andrea Keim, Debra Hopkins and Joshua Keim (Stephanie Skinner); his great grandchildren, Robert, Allison Kessler, Cordell, Aaliyah Hopkins, Maddox Keim, Jarod, Leah and Noah Keil; and his sister-in-law Carol Nenno (Larry). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
