He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene F. Quinlan and Sheila M. Dixon Quinlan. He is survived by: his siblings, Patricia Covley (George) of West Seneca, Francis Quinlan (Tim Gregory) of Indianapolis, IN, Robert Quinlan (Jody) of Salamanca and Phillip Quinlan of Allegany; his nephew Joseph Covley (Kelly); his niece Elizabeth Covley; his goddaughter Margaret Covley; and his aunt Margaret Grady.
