He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Lee and Brenda Lee Steinhoff Farnsworth Sr.; and his close friend Kim Tolbert. He is survived by: his children, Jacob and Kaidence of Dunkirk; his siblings, Jannis, Becky, Eileen and William; his nieces, Ashleigh, Brooke and Shannon; and his great-nephew Brendon.
