Willard; and her siblings, Minnie Fuller of Olean, NY, Kathy Emge, Theadore France Jr. of Franklinville, NY and Phyllis McCabe of Ithaca, NY.. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
