Triesky (Marie) of Hustontown, PA and Tina J. Flagg (Robert) of Allegany; his grandchildren, Stevin Dombek (Jennifer), David Dombek (Priscilla) and Shawn Croissette (Emily); his great grandchildren, Brooke Dombek, Jameson and Wyatt Croissette; and his siblings, Anthony "Tony" Trieskey (Mary Ann) of Olean and Rosemary Ludden of Olean.
