He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick App and Evelyn Shick App; his wife June Turek; and his sister Delores Rhinehart. He is survived by: his children, Joni App York (David) of Olean, Jeremy App (Angela) of Olean and Jason Nobles (Crystal) of Allegany; and his siblings, Sharon Colon of Kingston, Jeffrey App of Olean and Theodore App of Olean. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
