He was predeceased by: his parents, James B. Osgood and Gowanda R. Densmore Osgood; his grandfather Archie Densmore (Ada); his brother James Osgood; his niece Dawn Pennypacker; and his cousins, Gary and Randy Coykendall.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn B. Sharp; his children, Cory Osgood (Heidi) of Richburg, Kirk Osgood (Teresa) of Summerville and Kellee Nowak (Ray) of Wellsville; his great grandchildren, Ryland Radcliff and Scarlet Radcliff; his sister Cindy Dick of Wellsville; and his granddaughter Gracie Ann Marie Dorrough. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
