Wiley; his wife Judy; his daughters, Deborah Youngs (Charles) of Portville and Tammy Boucher (Ronald) of Rochester; his grandchildren, Melissa Boucher, Angela Boucher, Michael Youngs and Sarah Youngs; his siblings, Harold Harwood, Jr. (Linda) of Olean and Wilma Gilstrap of Brookville, PA; his aunt Nancy Neel of Brookville, PA; and his brother-in-law Gene Gilstrap. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
