He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul M. Botens and Bernice M. Vaughn Botens; and his wife RoseAnn Schryver. He is survived by: his children, Robert O. Botens (Christy) of Dallas, Debra E. Enderle (late David) of Cuba and Philip Botens (Lisa) of Portville. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 24 great grandchildren.
