She was predeceased by: her parents, Pastor Clifford J. and Christine S. Waugh (Golden); and her daughter Elisabeth Lowry. She is survived by: her husband George S. Lowry; her children, Charity Lowry of Olean, Israel Lowry of Charlotte, NC and Seth Lowry of Atlanta, GA; her grandchildren, George K. Lowry and Giana Lowry; and her sister Linda Ackley of Lewis Run, PA.
