She was predeceased by: her mother Ann Ford Welch. She is survived by: her father Michael Welch of Eldred; her husband Harold J. App; her sons, Joshua E. App (Amber) of Rixford, Shawn M. App (Candice) of Knoxville, TN. and Christopher J. App (Amanda) of Eldred; her grandchildren, Keith, Hunter, Cira, Caleb, Emma, Abbie, Jordan, Vanek and Dawsyn; and her siblings, John Henry Welch (Nicole) of Fredericksburg, VA., Joni Welch (Marshal Skunk) of Smethport and Jennifer Welch-Klussmaynn (Dave) of Bradford. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
