It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Delores M. Bly (Olean, New York), born in Kane, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 28, 2019, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Louis Nicolozzo and Marguerite Mack Nicolozzo; her husband Ralph W. Bly, Sr.; her children, Deborah Austin (Bruce) of Grove, OK and Ralph Bly, Jr. (Susan) of Olean; her grandchildren, Lindsey Anderson (Kris), Colin Hall, Jackie Lugo (David), Kelly Norman (Ezra) and Ashley Permuy (Benny); and her brother Thomas Donnelly. She was also cherished by her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
