She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn R. Cooper and Vivian E. Swain Cooper; her husband Howard W. Fields; her children, Michael J. Fields and Debra Mahon; and her siblings, Kenneth Cooper, Evelyn Covert, Anna Olmstead, Erma Ingraham, Nalene Perry, Ina Joy, Audrey Bolton, Nadine Cooper and Lorraine Cooper.
She is survived by: her daughter Linda King (Danny) of Zephryhills, FL; and her siblings, Glenn Cooper (Kay) of Cuba and Judy Illebrun of Perry. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; several great grandchildren.
