He is survived by: his spouse Dorothy Gibson; his sons, Raymond Washburn of Olean, N. Y. and Donald Washburn (Tonya) of Springdale; his siblings, Margaret Clark of Gainesville, Edgar Washburn of Hume, N. Y. and William "Butch" Washburn of Bliss, N. Y.; his stepdaughter Cathy Flowers of Rochester, N. Y.; and also Annette Lieberman of Arizona.
