It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David G. Cross of Olean, New York, born in Buffalo, New York, who passed away on January 25, 2023, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Gordon E. Cross. He is survived by: his mother Gail M. Ranney Cross of Olean; his wife Gail A. Jones; his daughters, Jessica P. Townsend (Jonathan) of Fredonia and Mary K. Pasieka of Cuba; his grandson Carter A. Mooney; and his siblings, Barbara Ann Evans of Monroe, NC, Brian M. Cross (Susan) of Olean and Daryl T. Cross (Tabatha) of Monroe, NC. He is also survived by niece and several nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Jamestown Audubon Community Nature Center at 1600 Riverside Road Jamestown, NY 14701 in David's memory.
