It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David E. Coffey (Olean, New York), born in Lackawanna, New York, who passed away on June 17, 2019, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Miles and Arline Audrey LeVere Coffey; his brothers, Richard William and Leonard James Coffey; his parents-in-law, David Elliott (Willie Mae) and Daisy Brooks; and his siblings-in-law, Mattie Louise Brown and Curtis Moore.
He is survived by: his significant other Henry Mae Elliott; his stepchildren, Lisa Hicks (Neal), Latice Bailey (Demetrius), John Elliott and David Elliott (Lynette); his sister Nancy J. Cooper (Jon); and his close friends, Peter Adams (Amanda) of Olean, Dave Porter (Pixie), Harold Moore, David Moore and Ray (Mary). He is also survived by 10 brother-in-laws; 17 sister-in-laws; many, many nieces and nephews.
