He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Davis and Lillian Bliven Davis; his son Shane Davis; and his siblings, Kenneth Davis, Patricia Skinner, Delores Wetherby and Betty Brandel.
He is survived by: his wife Carol A. Hosley; his children, Dale D. Davis, Jr. (Linda), Bolivar, Allen Davis Bolivar (Patricia), Vicki Matteson Silver (George) and Brad Davis Little (Lynn); and his grandchildren, Dustin, Drew, Jess, Misty, Lyndsey, Joey, LeAnn, Ashley, Amber, Austin and Nicole.
