He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Walter and Alma J.; his daughter Sheila Crouse; his granddaughter Laurie Lynn Henhawk; and his siblings, Barbara Crouse, Carol Fiebelkorn (Bud), Phoebe Crouse, Beverly Wheeler, Carla Wheeler and Stephen Crouse.
He is survived by: his daughter Rachel Crouse; his granddaughters, Lauren Crouse-Ruiz and Amber Brooks; and his siblings, Stephanie Witherite (late Alan) of Salamanca and Edwin "Dray" Crouse of Salamanca.
