He was predeceased by: his parents, Clair E. Osgood and Hilda G. Sweet Osgood; and his siblings, Leonard, Richard, Shields, John, Beatrice, Evelyn, William and Linda.
He is survived by: his daughter Terri L. Shoff (Christopher) of Olean; his grandchildren, Nicole L. Bartchy (Greg) of Sarver, PA, Adam J. Spring of Denver, CO, Joseph C. Shoff of Denver, CO and Jordan M. Gerhard (Zach) of Nashville, TN; and his great grandchildren, Gabriel and Octavia Shoff. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
