He is survived by: his parents, William "Bill" Pettit and Betty Pettit; his brothers, Bob (Tom Matyas), Steve (Cathy) and Brian; his nieces and nephews, Delaney, Presley, Pearson, Steven, Ethan, Briana Robinson Coogler and Amber Hanophy; his aunt Deanna McCarthy; and his close friend Elise Levia. He is also survived by several cousins and many friends.
In lieu of flowers in honor of Chuck's memory, the family ask that donations be made to the ASPCA which was a cause dear to him.
