He is survived by: his wife Judy L. Cook; his daughters, Tammy Sosa (John) of Olean, Kristie Blanchard of Olean, Connie Studley (Bruce) of Pendleton, SC and Nicole Blanchard of Olean; and his sisters, Patricia Nichol and Bonita Young. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.
