He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Hadley-Clarke and William Clarke; his brothers, Gerald Edward Clarke (Joan) and Robert William Clarke (Dina); and his son Mark Frederic Clarke.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Cashimere; his son Geoffrey Andrew Clarke (Kate) of Fort Wayne; his daughter-in-law Kristen Clarke; and his grandchildren, Caden William, Addison Katherine of Purcellville and Virginia. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Olean General Hospital Foundation, Hospice Care of Olean, The Hole in the Wall Gang or to a charity of the donor's choice. .
