White; his children, Patricia A. Claybrook of Dunkirk, Melinda A. Gill (Bill) of Olean, Colleen A. Whitehead of Dunkirk and Casser A.; his grandchildren, Jade, Bill, Tylor, Ethan, Caleb, Xavier, Olivia and Sebastian; his great grandchildren, Sage and Talia; and his brothers, Alan Whitehead (Cindy) and Ronald Lee Whitehead. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
