He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Crum and Betty Smith Crum. He is survived by: his brothers, Jeff A. Crum (Deborah) of Bradford, PA, Roger W. Crum of Olean and Dave M. Crum (Laurie Swan) of Olean; and his close friends, Janet Howard, Lonnie Miller, Marico Miller, James and Patricia Button. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
