Hess of Olean, New York, born in Eldred, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 20, 2021, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Hess and Dorothy Turner Hess; her son Christopher D. Vaughn; her former husband Robert L Vaughn, Sr.; her sister Mary Ann Hathaway; and her niece Vicky M. Shelley.
She is survived by: her children, Scott D. Vaughn (Sabrina Miller) of Hinsdale, Alicia M. Vaughn (Vontey Johnson) of Olean, Jeffrey M. Vaughn of Hinsdale, Timothy S. Vaughn of Hinsdale and Robert L. Vaughn, Jr. of Olean; and her siblings, Betty G. Grayson of Buckeye, AZ and Michael C. Smith (Patty) of Olean. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, godchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
