She was predeceased by: her parents, Arvis Merle and Dorothy Anne James Bellamy; her significant other Dale R. Rathburn; and her sister Barbara A. Eck. She is survived by: her son Chesley D. Bellamy (Milissa) of Portville; her stepdaughter Ann Marie Brooks (Chris) of Chicago, IL.; her grandsons, Adam Austin Bellamy, Brandon Lee and Justin Jackowiak Brooks; and her siblings, Arvis "Bud" Bellamy of Cuba, Jeff Bellamy of Cuba, Penny S. (Eric Wagner) of Allegany and Ann Pequeen (Scott) of Oklahoma City, OK..
