She was predeceased by: her parents, Maynard Painter and Evelyn Blanchard Painter; her son Arnold L. Nelson, Jr.; and her siblings, Patricia Nicol, James Painter, Raymond K. Blanchard and Charles Blanchard.
She is survived by: her children, Paul A. Nelson of Olean, David T. Nelson of Rochester and Mary L. Lupinetti (Rick) of Centennial, CO; her daughter-in-law Beth Nelson of Cheektowaga; her grandchildren, Matthew Nelson, Sarah Nelson, Kaitlyn Lupinetti and Austin Lupinetti; and her brother Thomas Finley of Hershey, PA. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
