Betty Carter Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Carter (Olean, New York), who passed away on January 7, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Eugene and Virginia M. Marshall Ursoy; and her daughter Tamiyko Carter. She is survived by: her daughters, Tina M. Klemann of Rochester and Amanda F. Carter of Rochester; her grandchildren, Scott Klemann, Nellie Klemann, Jace Carter and Azmira Maull; and her sister Yvonne D. Matya (Paul) of Olean. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
