She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Grabowski and Marion Pavlock Grabowski; her former husband William Costello; her husband Joseph Jarvo; her daughter Lori Costello; and her brothers, Robert Grabowski, Gene Grabowski and James Grabowski.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. Celine Daly (Gerald) of Humphrey, NY and Roger Costello (Shelly) of Randolph, NY; her grandchildren, Kathleen Daly, Jessica Costello, Alyssa Billings, Ann Early and William Daly; and her stepgrandchildren, Jessica Kamysz (Curtis) and Randall Costello. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances in Anne Marie's name can be made to the Olean Meditation Center (oleanmeditation.org) or the Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center.
