She is survived by: her parents, Ken VanDeWalker and Rosalie Prymak VanDeWalker; her husband Terry Howard; her sons, Alex Howard and Ryan Howard; and her siblings, Kenny VanDeWalker (Michelle) of Hamburg, Debbie Kwiatkowski (Joe) of Olean and Mike VanDeWalker of Olean. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family wishes for memorials to be made to a mental health or suicide prevention organization of the donor's choice.
