With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anna M Simmons of Olean, New York, who passed away on April 6, 2023 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest L. Shaffer and Phyllis Shaffer (Covert). She is survived by: her significant other James Simmons; her sons, David Woodarek, Jeffery Zink (Dawn), James and Jason Simmons; and her siblings, Charles Shaffer (Debbie), Michael Shaffer (Kathy), Betty Brown and Terry Shaffer (Shana). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
