He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Kelly and Nellie Loomis Kelly; his granddaughter Susan M. Smith; and his sisters, Virl, Ruby, Alice, Gladys and Margaret.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Jean Botens; his children, Patrick M. Kelly (Betsy) of Cuba, Kathy J. Boyd (William) of Allegany and Thomas J. Kelly (Jo Ellen Andrews) of Palm Coast, FL; and his grandchildren, Jennifer Johnson (Steven), Christine Kiffer, Heather Carlson (Scott), Colleen Andhor (John) and Benjamin Eberle. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made to the Cattaraugus County SPCA, 2944 Route 16 North, Olean, New York 14760 or to a charity of the donor's choice.
