He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Ensell and Lucille Chesbro Ensell; his brothers, Samuel, Maurice and James Ensell; and his grandson Cody A. Safford.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Kelley; his great grandchild Chihuahua; and his children, Audrey C. Hale (John) of Olean, Scott F. Ensell (Jane) of Pennsauken, NJ, Daniel A. Ensell of Oil City, PA, Alan M. Ensell (Dianne) of Brooksville, FL and Mary Lynne Ensell of Wisconsin. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 2 great grandchildren.
