She was predeceased by: her parents, Julio Cervoni Correa and Encarnacion Melendez; and her grandmother Lily. She is survived by: her siblings, Anna, Nilda, Laura, Sylvia, Tony, Nancy, Maryanne, Ralph, Bobby and Josephine Din; her husband William Michael Ortiz; her children, Michelle (Michael) and William, Jr. (Stephanie); her grandchildren, Nicholas (Rainney), Matthew, Cira, Isabella and Jake; her sister Alice; and her brother-in-law Danny.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Bethel Pentecostal Church (357 Jericho Turnpike, Old Westbury, NY 11568). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the same location. A prayer will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Greenfield Cemetery (650 Nassau Rd, Uniondale, NY 11553).
