She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Rowland and Margie Rowland (Houck); her husband Frederick "Fred" A. Latt; and her brothers, Clifford "Chub", James "Jimbo", Louis "Skeeter" and Robert "Bobby" Rowland.
She is survived by: her niece Bonnie Coniguliaro; and her daughters, Debra Polisse (Larry) of Norway, Cindy Treen of Herkimer, Susan Fobare (Gregg) of Ilion, Lori Countryman (Bob Sommer) of Cedarville, Bonnie Coniguliaro (Paul) and Cathy. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
