He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Scalera and Fanny Scalera (DiStefano) of Ralph; his daughters, Anne Marie Korothy (John) of Melbourne Florida and Catherine Weidman (Kim) of Cobleskill; his grandchildren, Dr. Thomas Weidman (Kate), Major Daniel Weidman (Erika) of North Carolina, Laura McGeough (Paul), John Korothy (Vikki) of Merrick, NY and Adam Korothy (Terri) of Brooklyn; and his great grandchildren, Christian, Olivia McGeough, Jack, Layla Korothy, Clark, Orrin, Eliza Jean Weidman, Stephen Kim and Margaret Kyle Weidman. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews and good friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Ralph's name may be made to: Disabled American Veterans 2265 N. Harbor City Blvd. Melbourne, Fl. 32935 Due to Covid-19 a memorial service will be held at a later date.
