She was predeceased by: her parents, Lindsey Smith and Beulah Blankenship Smith; her child Gail Hayes; her siblings, Albert, Shirley, Roy, Grace, May and Beatrice; and her son-in-law Richard Verheyn.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Parlier (Janice), Terry Parlier, Linda Rosenbaum (Alan), Rose Verhyn and Mary Jo Parlier; her brother John Smith; and her child-in-law Thomas Hayes. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
