He is survived by: his children, Suzanne "Sandy" Chapman (Randall) and Kevin Kinzly; his grandchildren, Ashly Kidney (Kenny), Ian O'Neill (Melanie) and Daniel O'Neill (Hannah); his great grandchildren, Emerie and Elaina O'Neill; his stepdaughters, Marta Padula (Ron) and Kristen Oxley; and his daughter Carol J. Kinzly. He is also survived by four step-grandchildren, his former wife and mother.
